3Rs to manage stress and overwhelming situations

When feeling down and overwhelmed, I use a 3 step process to get back in perspective and get back on track. They are:
1. Relax - Take time to cool down, remove the cluster and the mess from your head first. Know that everything will be allright if only you do a little "out of the box" thinking.
2. Rebuild - Do your "out of the box" thinking. Use a lot of "what ifs" and brainstorm with your self. Don't limit yourself at this time to rationality or common sense. Once you have enough materials to work with, time to be selective and think of what would work. Decide on an action plan.
3. Recharge - rejuvenate your self esteem, your drive, your goals and your dedication. Get back to it.
The 3Rs always work for me. Try it out.
